The following terms and conditions apply to all customers of www.santaponsol.com

Should you make a booking on this site, you are entering into an agreement with IMPAC properties which is subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

Rental Property and facilities Provided

When making a booking on this website, the rental agreement covers the rental of the property and use of the facilities within the apartment. It includes the costs of utilities such as electricity and water. 

Images and description of the Property.

Every effort is made to ensure that all images and descriptions of the apartment and amenities are kept up to date. Impac do reserve the right to change certain elements of the interior at short notice such as curtains, towels and electrical appliances. This will only be done to ensure that such items are in perfect working order and to replace any worn or damaged furnishings or appliances. 

 

Making a booking/ Payment of Deposit

To confirm a booking a deposit of 25% of the rental amount is required or if there is less than 35 days to your date of departure payment in full is required (including the £150 damage deposit). This can be paid on line via Paypal or via bank transfer. 

The remaining 75% of the rental fee must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to departure.

Damage Deposit

A deposit of £150 is required to cover any damage and/or loss of property such as keys/ remote controls. The damage deposit must be paid along with the final rental payment at least 4 weeks prior to your departure. Any damage to carpets, bedding, electrical appliances must be paid for in the event this exceeds the amount of damage deposit paid

Return of the Damage Deposit 

Your damage deposit will be returned to you within 10 days of your departure provided that there is damage to the apartment, its contents and once we have received the keys / remote controls provided. Please note that guests pay the postal/ courier costs to return any property to IMPAC and Impac pay the cost to send property to guests.

Cancellations

Cancellations can only be made 90 days prior to departure, Please note that the 25% deposit is non-refundable. 

Arrival and Departure Times

Guests can check into the apartment at 15.00 or thereafter on the date of arrival and must leave the property by 11am on the date of arrival.

Looking after the Property During your Stay

The property will be clean and tidy when you arrive. It is your responsibility to look after the property and treat all the contents with care. On departure, all guests are required to remove all rubbish and clean the kitchen and bathroom.

 

Community Rules within the complex and apartment

The apartment is located in a modern complex with swimming pools. It is forbidden to take food and drink to the swimming pools and to play ball games on the tropical gardens within the complex.

The use of inflatable beds and lilos is not permitted in the swimming pools

It is also forbidden to smoke within the apartment and guests are required to make minimum noise between 9pm and 9am.
